Böwe Systec’s OptiSorter parcel and package sorting solutions address the complexities and demanding requirements of the e-commerce logistics, postal and parcel sortation sectors. These solutions include material handling automation, weighing, scanning, dimensioning, print/apply labeling and sorting.
The solutions are designed to handle a wide variety of product types and dimensions with systems that are fast, flexible and scalable to match operational objectives. The unique pusher- and split-tray technology is designed to sort a wide range of product sizes and shapes including parcels, polybags, cartons, books, multimedia, containers, apparel, shoes and agricultural items. It enables the sortation of items as small as 1/16in (1.5mm) and as heavy as 70 lb (32kg) and has throughputs of up to 15,000 trays per hour.
