Presentation

"Connecting the dots" – ensuring seamless delivery

The e-commerce supply chain depends upon a series of critical links that bind numerous interdependent transactions together. While the physical nature of goods transportation and delivery creates inevitable friction at each touchpoint, digital data transfer can and must become virtually seamless. This session will present innovative methods for mitigating in-transit misconnects through collaborative collection and sharing of transaction data amongst all parties, while providing full visibility of shipments from fulfillment to shipment to delivery and return. The presentation will illustrate how to ensure successful shipping by “connecting the dots.”
