Rafe Morrissey

Rafe Morrissey’s public affairs experience has focused on a broad range of areas including postal affairs, consumer privacy, labor and employment law, telecommunications and internet privacy issues. During more than 20 years in government relations, Mr. Morrissey has represented American Business Media, the Newspaper Association of America, Cyren Call, Nextel and many others. Mr. Morrissey previously lobbied while employed as Senior Vice President for Government Relations at Evans Capitol Group, LLC, a public policy firm specializing in representing corporate, trade association, and non-profit clients. He also worked for EnGage LLC, one of several companies with which he continues to partner on behalf of clients. He is a recipient of the American Business Media 2007 Thomas W. Tully award for Outstanding Government Service and the 2017 EMA John Heinrich Nelson Award for Excellence in Postal Affairs. In February, 2014, he was profiled in Business Mailers Review as one of the postal industry top influencers. Mr. Morrissey currently represents Hallmark Cards, Inc. and the Greeting Card Association and the National Newspaper Association. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia where he earned a B.A. in History.
